This article is devoted to the reflection in cinema of the events of the Civil War in the Far East and the formation of historical myth-making on the example of the film «Volochaev Days» in 1937, which has become a very unusual and contradictory mixture of real and fabulous reflection of the events of the Civil war.

V.V.N. Rudakov. «Dmitry Donskoy, Tokhtamysh and others».
The article is devoted to the history of the invasion in Moscow by Khan Tokhtamysh (August 1382), the flight from the city of Grand Duke Dmitry Donskoy and the assessment of his act by younger contemporaries and descendants. Until the middle of the XV century, we do not have evidence of the condemnation of Dmitry Ivanovich, which, perhaps, simply did not reach us. However, then negative assessments of the Grand Duke appeared, and not only in the chronicle of Novgorod, independent of Moscow, but also in the Moscow chronicles. The condemnation of the flight of princes in the face of an enemy threat is based on the emerging ideas about the pastoral function of the ruler toward his subjects. To the greatest extent, this approach prevailed in the «Epistle to the Ugra River» to Ivan III, written by Archbishop Vassian Rylo. However, even a century later, the realization of the unworthiness of such behavior did not stop Ivan IV from fleeing from Moscow in the face of the Crimean Khan.

The article discloses the main problems in working with gifted children in learning history on the example of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The practical level summarizes and analyzed the results of the organization of work with gifted children on the history of as part of innovative educational activities in the context of GEF, studied the interest of teachers to work with children in an in-depth study of history; The methods of identifying gifted on the history of children are substantiated, to help young teachers are developed, filled with information and tested by the website as a form of work with gifted children on the subject of history.

S.A. Razumov. Sergey Ivanovich Chizhov and the formation of scientific Bonistics in Russia.
The article examines the contribution of the famous numismatist S. I. Chizhov (1870-1921) to the formation of Russian bonistics as an independent sphere of scientific knowledge. The significance of the scientist’s works for the development of source studies, archeographic, methodological, iconographic and museum aspects of the discipline is shown. It was revealed that S.I. Chizhov was inclined to use complex approaches to the study of paper signs, methods of critical source analysis, showed interest in the anthropological aspect of the past.

The new case of archival documents devoted stories of museum building in Crimea in first half 20th ХХ century is entered into a scientific turn, revealed in funds the State Archive of Russian Federation (Moscow). Participation of the central bodies of the State commissariat of education of RSFSR in this process is analyzed, forms of interaction of directing bodies and their regional divisions in maintenance of the organizational, methodical, material, research initiative in the course of work of the Crimean museums are represented.

D.A. Hytrov. Research project «Union four years before the war: international politics of the Tilsit era and the Eastern question» at the final stage of the All-Russian Olympiad for schoolchildren in history 2021-2022.
The article presents one of the essays of the final stage of the National Olympiad of Schoolchildren in History — a so-called historical project. This year the project was dedicated to international relations of the beginning of the XIX century. The participants had to understand the circumstances of the discussion of the project of partition of the Ottoman Empire between France and Russia, proposed by Napoleon I to Alexander I in 1808. The sources were a set of reports by the French ambassador to Russia, A. de Caulaincourt. The difficulties faced by the participants and approaches to writing essays of this type are discussed.
