A.U. Gavrilov. The mensheviks about Russian and world revolutions’ future, 1920s.

The article is dedicated to scientifically and social actual subject: learning the mensheviks emigration’s (1920s) opinion on the Russian and world revolutions’ future. In the scientific inquiry the author reviewed the reasons of the continuation by mensheviks the political activity in emigration after the Civil war, their opinion on the concession policy of the Soviet government and other aspects of the domestic economic and foreign-policy activity of Bolsheviks, nature of the Third International.

The article contains the dissection of the mensheviks leaders’ criticism of the definite adventurism of the foreign policy of the USSR in the early 1920s during the wreck of hopes of the swift beginning of the Socialist revolution and the article considers the mensheviks-emigrants’ prediction about the danger of the Bonapart’s results of the Russian revolution, which later caused the Stalin’s dictatorship.

E.I. Golovchenko. Features of propaganda influence on the Soviet citizen population during the first period of the Eastern Front of World War II. (June 1941 – January 1943)

In article the basic features of the Soviet and Nazi Germany (fascist) propagation during initial stage at the Eastern Front of World War II (Great Patriotic War) (June 1941 – January 1943) reveal. Key directions of propaganda influence, its efficiency and lacks are considered. The questions, concerning reorganisations of work of mass media in connection with a wartime are mentioned.

V. E.  Voronin. Liberal and conservative reforms in the sphere of education, 1860s—1870s

The article deals with  the reforms in the sphere of education that were carried out in the 1860s and 1870s as part of the Great Reforms and constitute an important aspect of  Alexander II’s domestic policy. The article focuses on the work of Education Ministers Alexander Golovnin and Count Dmitry Tolstoi as wells on a contradictory nature of the government policy that emerged as a result of a deep divide within the government.
